I am a new runner at the 14 mile point of training for the Anchorage Mayor's Mignight Marathon in June. Since I began training, I've had a lot more stomach trouble than usual. Even on days where I don't run (or don't eat a protein bar), I'm having indigestion and/or gas pains. This used to happen to me a couple times a year; now it's more like a couple times a week. Is this common, and is there anything I can do to prevent it?
