Hi: I am less than 6 weeks away from my next marathon and I just developed a sports bra chafing problem. I threw the bra away but every run I do seems to irritate it. I'm currently using bandaids but I only get a few miles into it before the bandaid slips. Any suggestions? I have a half marathon this weekend followed by an 18 miler next weekend which doesn't allow for a lot of healing time!!!
