For what it's worth, I am rather large chested as well. I am in my 15th week of marathon training, and for the first 12, I was in agony with sores/chafing both underneath and in between my breasts. I was then advised to either stop running (yeah, right!), or try Body Glide. I figured it would not work, but I tried it anyway, and (knock on wood) so far, I have not had any problems with chafing and/or sores!!! Check it out here: http://www.bodyglide.com/skin/skin.html.
