I rely on GoldBond medicated powder to alleviate most any kind of chafing. When you're not running, put some soothing cream (like Eucerin) on that spot and then the powder so you don't irritate it more by chafing on your regular shirts/bras, etc. Then before you run put powder on that spot as well. Won't last the whole run but will at least delay onset of discomfort by reducing friction between your skin and the fabric. I also believe in the 2-bra method - try 1 sports bra + 1 tight tank top or sports top w/ a shelf bra inside.
