I have run 11 marathons and each time I have "blown up" collapsed hit the wall, what ever term you want to use for that last 10 k being 2 minutes per mile slower then the rest of the race.
should I walk if I'm ahead of my plan??
I don't run much 2-3 days a week. I I do triathlons so I get plenty of exercise and training. Last May I ran a 1:35 first hald and finished in 3:35 my target goal was 3:20. next time(sunday) my goal is a 1:44 half and finish is 3:25 just so I can conquer the negative spilt.
