I'll be at Disney, doing the half. I agree with Buzzy's comments about the first half of the race. One of my sensi's in KArate asked my what I thought the hardest mile of a mrathon was. I told him it was the first, because if you run too hard in the first mile, the last miles won't matter. Relax and enjoy the first half, then start picking up the pace.
