Thanks for the couple words of advice. It was tough but I rested for the better part of a week and a half--meaning no running. Missed a lot of miles.
This past week I did a couple of 6 milers and yesterday got through 15 miles with minimal pain--but building toward the end. Today I am walking around without limping.
My plan is to take it easy this week and try a 20 miler at the end of the week--two weeks before the marathon.
