I just want to second the idea of a jogging stroller. It makes your workout just a little bit harder, but I love that my kids (2&3) love going. I bring special toys that they only get to hold and play on runs with me, so that makes them tolerate long runs. I started back when my son was 6 months. The only thing I do without them (the kids) now are club runs (with my striders group). Shelley
