I used them for the Medoc marathon. They've got some rough edges but on the whole the experience was good. I had a hell of a time with them making the air reservations because it seemed to be beyond their comprehension that two of the travellers had the same name (My father, Sr. and me Jr.) and that I was the only one out of the party of four that was running.
