Hi Nikki (and others).
I came on to this bulletin to post the exact same question! I am not pregnant yet but hope to be sometime, but I also am training for a marathon. I have a heart rate monitor etc. I have heard that you should watch your heart rate and not go over a certain percent whilst pregnant - I just don't know at what stage of a pregnancy this applies (i.e. from day 1?).
