Soreness after my first 15 mile run....

Hi, I am training for my first marathon. I am on a 18 week training program (Hal Higdon's) and everything was going fine until I did my first 15 mile run. After my 15 mile run, I am just sore all the time. Even on my weekly short runs, the first 3 miles are now extremely painful. I have pains in the left knee and general ach in my lower body. I just did my 16 mile run this past weekend and that was way harder than the 15 because of all the soreness after the 15 mile run. My 15 mile run was a much better experience. One thing constant is that my lower body is just sore all the time. Even during my off days... After a day's rest and waking up in the morning, my knees and legs feel good. But after sitting in my office all day, I am sore again... I feel like I am limping around...

Is this normal??? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I am a novice runner so any info will be helpful. Thanks!
