First of all I want to thank everyone's advice. They are all informative and helpful. I am taking bits and pieces here and there to help my situation:

Ibuprofen, glucosamine with chondroitin, ice, and etc... Whatever it's going to help me finish my first marathon.

Now I have noticed once I can get by the first couple of miles, I am usually good to go for a while.. It seems my body and mind is more adjusted to the initial aches and pains. I am going to run my longest run up to date - 18 miles this Sunday. Wish me luck! :) And what a speech by the President.

"I will not forget the wound to our country and those who inflicted it. I will not yield, I will not rest, I will not relent in waging this struggle for freedom and security for the American people."

God Bless America! I will keep running!
