Just did my 12 mile run. This is a "down" week. I think I am in week 12 now... Anyway, here is the latest. The first 2.5 miles was very hard... Felt uncoordinated... Everything hurt below my knees... But strangely after that it was a lot better... The rest of the run was normal.. Heh, heh.. My dog eats that stuff for his joints... Thanks! I got the course video for the Marine Corp marathon yesterday. You think they might change the course now?
