Feeling better!!!

Thank you all for the posts.. I am actually feeling a lot better. I did my week 12 weekly run on Tuesday after the tragic event. Strangely pains in the right knee not left anymore... I thought about just resting this week but I decided to cut the 2nd weekly run from 8 to 5 miles... Again strangely, the pains in my knees were gone but my shins hurt for the first 2.5 miles. I did figure out the problem.. I couldn't really extend my stride and was shuffling. Putting added pressure on my shins. After the first 2.5 miles I was warmed up and was able to run normally. My lower body is feeling much better in general. I am gonna take the advice on the asparin and icing the knees. I am hoping my run today is going to be back to normal (like before my first 15 miler). Thanks again!
