Sounds like it could be your shoes are worn down or maybe you need a different type like a motion control shoe or a stability shoe. If I run in the wrong type of shoe I get various aches and pains that would lead to injury if I continued wearing them. - My shoes should be ok. I switched to a new pair of saucony recently.. I am saving my aasics for the marathon I think... They are both stability shoes. However, I did do the 15 mile run in the saucony.. I am going to try the aasics for the 8 mile run tomorrow and see if it makes a difference... Thanks.
