Can you be more specific? - Hmm... It's only my left knee, outside and below the cap.. Really bad for the first few miles. It went away and came back around mile 13. The knee pain...is it on the outside of the knee joint, under the knee cap, or just below the cap?

The overall leg pain sounds like textbook overuse... muscle trauma that hasn't adequately healed. Do they feel chronically tired?...or is there a specific pain center somewhere? - Yep, they are tired all the time. Although I do feel a lot better today. I am in week 12 and did my first weekly short run of 4 miles today.

Hope this helps. The pain is not as bad today during my 4 mile run. We will see tomorrow when I do the 8.

Today is a very very sad day for America.. I felt bad during my 4 mile run under a beautiful sky when all those people were suffering in NYC.... It's all too sureal... I am upset and angry at the same time...
