You are not alone. There is a similar thread on this board about weight gain that you might want to read.
I have a hunch what is happening with you. Is it possible that you have dialed back the intensity of your running? During your training were you doing hills, tempo runs, etc... that you are not doing now?
If so, then you are not burning off nearly as much as you were before, even though your mileage may be similar.
What do you think? Is this possibly the cause?
