I've never suffered from an eating disorder, but I've had my periods impacted by heavy does of running and found when I increased my diet by about 300-500 calories a day to offset those lost during intense exercise, my cycles returned and were fairly regular. Do you take vitamin supplements?

If you find you're still obsessed with your weight, you may need to work it out with a psychiatrist or psychologist to overcome the obstacles preventing you from staying healthy. If you're experiencing hair loss, then you probably have a lot of skin problems and teeth softening as well from the lack of proper nutrition over a prolonged amount of time.

Good luck trying to get better.
