I'm female, 51 and on long runs find that hydrating as per optimum causes me to lose urine en route. I know we're all pretty stinky by the time we finish long runs and marathons but does this mean I'm drinking too much fluid? Or does it mean I should drink more fluid since I'm obviously losing some? Any other older female have this problem? It's only on long runs and not on hot days (when my body must need more water just to keep out there)
