Ok... This is serious. I live in the cold midwest, and have to wear layers when running in the cold. I generally stay away from cotton. Usual layers include, Nike Dri-Fit bike-style (no pad) undies, Tights, and good running pants. The problem is that I've been getting a sore spot on the back of my - ahem - bells. I've tried vaseline, lotion, and some of my kid's A&D lotion. It gets sore and tender... especially after long runs. During the day, boxers seem to agrivate and tighties don't help much. Has anyone else dealt with this issue???? It really sucks to go for a nice run, then have to walk like a penguin for the next couple of days due to the discomfort. Do those silk undies help? How 'bout duct tape? I'm desperate for ideas (serious ones!).
