I have been a marathoner since 1969 and my right hip started hurting last year. The pain got worse and finally a doctor recommended hip replacement. The doctor said I would not be able to continue my running after hip replacement...which was devastating. I used to be a 3 hour marathoner but now it takes me 6+ hours to finish. I still run 40-50 miles per week but it is a challenge...pain comes and goes. I am trying supplements. I welcome all suggestions. PLEASE (:>)
