Hi, I just started training for my first marathon. I used to wrestle in high school, so I'm used to working hard, but it seems like the more I run, the more likely my ankles get sprained. I plan to lose some weight while on this; I'm currently at 240lb, which is probably a big cause of why I'm so susceptible. I'd like to get down to about 200lb and the scale says I should have about 10% body fat at that point. Two months ago I ran ten miles without much problem, so I know I can accomplish this if my ankles can hold up. Any suggestions on preventing this injury? Thanks
