Although I was not very much help in the "helpful hints" area, I'm delighted to hear that you finished your goal. Your finishing time is now simply a cornerstone to your distance running - you build upon your experience to better your initial time.
It's quite a blessing to hear that someone has completed a goal, as I am running in my first marathon in October. I hope I will be as successful as you in "finishing". Best of luck on your next goal, and I hope you continue to share your experiences.
