I think you are lucky to have the opportunity to enter a long race almost on the day you have a long run scheduled (almost the same distance too). I'd go for the race as a substitute for the long run, and I'd race it at marathon pace, with maybe a few bursts (tempo). Added benefit: you will enjoy race conditions. Not only will this tell you a lot about your current condition but it will prime you to face race conditions (minus taper) on the big day. And I would just rest on the Saturday and Sunday before the Monday race... Good luck!
