Instead of worrying (unless something really is physically wrong), you ought to drop down on your boney knees and than God for the ease with which you lose weight.
I run 40 miles per week (and will up that to 55 in preparation for my next marathon) and still have to watch my caloric intake like a hawk or I gain weight.
About 2 years ago (at age 55), I was diagnosed with heart disease because of my obesity and other physical problems. I had to work like a dog to lose weight ounce by ounce. I'm now 60 pounds lighter, which I've maintained for a year. I'm now ready and anxious to drop another 10 pounds. It will be a battle because I'm motivated to qualify for Boston. I will win this battle, but it will take time and effort.
So, enjoy your slender body. I envy you.
