26.2 now, speed later

Yeah, I do "speed work" and "hill work" ... kinda.

I feel it's a very agressive goal to do a sub-4-hour first marathon. That's my goal and I do "speed work" by way of fartleks and, luckily, I live in a hilly area so I get lots of "hill work," but intervals, track work? Uh uhn. I focus on quality mileage. Key words: quality mileage. Lotsa quality, injury-free mileage. I'm happy to cool my jets for a finish, a satisfying finish. Satisfying for me is 9 mpm through 26.2. Later we can talk PRs.

Yes, you can have it all - you just can't have it all now! ;)
