Charity runners do get their trip

I have been a TNT running coach for over 11 years and have run 112 marathons and ultras, so I have respect for both. If Jean's Marines and any other group (charity or otherwise) has been found to cheat, then they should be disqualified. If a TNT coach has been found to direct his/her runners to cheat, then THAT person should be drummed out of TNT instantly. What is most disturbing, especially by Bambi, is her total lumping of ALL charity runners/walkers into a group of cheating sloths. I don't know Bambi, but she obviously has a chip on her shoulder from some previous incident and I'm sorry for that. But, in TNT, we're talking about a group that has raised over $600 million dollars for the exclusive use of research to save lives (mostly children). 75% of all they raise goes directly to research in THEIR state. In return, the participants get their airfare, hotels, a pasta and victory party, and race entry paid for from the other 25%. It's amazing how many years of good will can be soured in some folks minds so quickly by the malintentioned efforts of a couple of individuals.
