Hey young male whats goin on? Just like to post something to you to. While I understand that people must be upset when us "charity guys" get spots. I understand it is a sport. Really though, don't compare us to the MLB, NBA, or NFL. Those are professional sports where everyone in them gets PAID. Marathoning or running in general is where you hope to get a spot. I have run 2 marathons with TNT and one on my own. I am focused on finishing the distance. I am actually happy to know that all you "charity haters" are taking away the joy of running a race and focusing your energy on hating us. Haa thats just funny. So when I am actually COMPETING even though I run for a charity, I'll be sure to mail you photos from the event if you didn't get a spot. I'll even send you my bib number so you can feel like you were part of the race. Don't want to sound like a jerk but if i did its only because you really have to step back and look at what all of you are typing. If charity runners are all so slow and so in the way of everyone RUN PAST US. You should be in a corral ALOT FURTHER AHEAD OF US. There are truck loads of races go find some. We are doing a good thing (thanks for pointing that out) and we are all running ALOT faster then you might think. Cheaters SUCK I agree but watch who your picking on. We are a great group and we all work hard to be a part of a great running community. I always thought runners were a great group. Guess not.
