Hey Everyone, I need advice of a good overall runners eating plan to keep me at good running condition. I am 28 years old, 5ft 8in., and 165 lbs. I have ran 8 marathons but feel that I need to drop a few pounds to get to help my chances for Boston. My PR is a 3:13. Does anyone have any advice. By the way, I seem to eat anything that is not nailed down. Thanks, Shannon.
