I realize this is an old thread, but I have the same problem. Over the last few months, I've been gaining weight instead of loosing it. Right now I'm training for my first 1/2 marathon in a few weeks and then my first full marathon this fall. This weight issue is driving me nuts but I always hungry. I have been trying very hard to eat more fruits, veggies, and good carbs but it's so hard to stay away from the bad carbs.
