i'm heading into my 6th and 7th marathons coming up. i remember when i first started marathon running my diet was so good. i strayed away from fast food, pizza, chocolate etc... though over time i let myself think that hey i can eat anything since i run so much it'll just burn off. well lately i noticed i'm not as lean as i once was i think it is from eating bad carbs! chocolate, cheesecake, icecream and pizza are my weakness! i need to get back on track with my diet.
