I also struggle with how much I eat, and I have found the best way to deal with it for me to simply surround myself with food that's good for me. I know that sounds really simple, but every time I eat something, I think about the nutritional value I'm getting from it (i.e. vitamins, fiber, calcium, etc.). Healthful food also tends be less calorie-dense that junk food (meaning you can eat a similar amount but take in fewer calories). Some specific foods that have worked for me (combination of healthful, convenient, tasty): cereal (esp. high fiber), making large amounts of things like vegetable stew or vegetables with tofu so I can eat for lunch, frozen fruit (thaw and mix with nonfat yogurt). I could write a lot more, so if you want any other ideas, let me know!
