I would like to understand the implications and risks of completing a marathon early in the morning and boarding a plane for a 10 hour flight in the late evening on the same day.

More specifically if I am more at rsk to DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis). I am 25 yrs old, no bad medical history, don't take medication, don't have any diseases or health problems, have completed several marathons before. Don't suffer any adverse problems after my races.
