I don't think there are any studies to suggest that either you would or would not be at higher risk. I personnally think that you would not be at higher risk than if you took the flight after not completing a marathon. The 10 flight is the risk factor, and the marathon probably does not add more risk. However, you will likely hvae more soreness the next few days. To minimize the risk, try to get up an walk the cabin periodically, re-hydrate well, and use aspirin.
