I have run two marathons this year and have gained 10 pounds and gone up a size. I just finished my second marathon on Sunday and was dismayed to see that I packed on five pounds. I am so honestly frustrated. People all assume it must be muscle mass, but why don't my pants fit any longer? i have put on a lot of weight in my midsection and I am looking for good tips on how to both recover and drop some of this unwanted (and unfair) poundage.
