I, too, am 5'2" and *usually* around 105 lbs. I just ran a marathon in December and am now 10 lbs heavier. I am still running (on avg 30miles/wk) and doing some yoga and weight training. Truth is you do need to watch your calorie intake b/c every extra pound is noticeable....I have gained weight post marathon on my midriff (never had this problem before) anyone else had post marathon weight gain? How do I prevent this???
