I would like you to know that I am 5 feet 2 inches and in order to maintain a weight of 105 I can not eat more than 1000 calories and I run 20 to 25 miles per week. Shorter people require fewer calories. If I eat more, I will easily gain 5 to 8 pounds in one week. Yes, my thyroid has been checked.
