"Risky" might be a more relevant term here than "healthy". I can certainly tell you that studies clearly show the more marathons (or mileage) logged per year, the greater the incidence of injury.
As you might imagine there is nothing worse than being unable to run for several weeks (and sometimes months) due to an imprudent decision that results in injury. Your head may be recovered from the previous race; your body hasn't.
Still, the choice is yours. Do what ya gotta do.
