I've heard from a lot of people that with body conditioning, its really an either/or scenario in reference to muscle gains vs. endurance gains. Although I understand the rationality behind the idea that both goals require different nutritional intake, I am glad to see that it is possible to do both simultaneously (getting enough protein to build muscle and see weight training gains while getting enough carbs to succeed in a running program)! Thanks again for the info!
