I have been having the same problem since giving birth to my 1st child a year ago! I thought that only grandma's had incontinence issue. The poise pads have been a true lifesaver and I've managed to train and run 2 marathons since this problem started. Just knowing your not alone really helps! Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
