I like to consider myself a run of the mill individual in normal shape in comparison with the average american. I am 5'11' 148lbs BMI 21, cut up like I fell in a vat of razors. I rode my bike twice a week usually all summer around 45 miles for a total, no resistance training; just long hours working construction. I am a 21 year old college student. The marathon I have entered is the Maine Marathon in Portland. I eat very well. Aside from riding I have minimal cardiovascular training. Do you have any recommendations from shoes, ones that my have worked for you.
