If it helps, I'm 26 years old. I ran cross country in high school and have run on and off ever since. Again, I've been running an average of 15-18 miles a week for a couple months.
To clarify, my question is based more on whether it's adviseable to tailor a training program based on what your body is "telling" you rather than a lack of confidence in the integrity of the training program itself.
I'd appreciate any other feedback others may have.
