I tried the FitSense and returned it. It was not accurate, and was very difficult to read.
The Nike might be OK, but it does not have a HRM. So, if you are used to training with a HRM, you would need to have 2 "watches" on.
My opinion, use a HRM, monitor your intensity by monitoring your heart rate, and you will continue to improve.
