I agree with Hopkinton about that, but I also have something to add about lower back pain. Sometimes it is caused by landing on your heel to much. What happens is that the shock runs straight up your body into your back. Next time you run, notice that you probably do more landing with one foot and pushing off with another. Instead, try to spread out the jobs. If you land on your balls of your feet, it'll be less likely that you will twist an ankle because it is the widest part of your foot. Also, the shock won't run up your back. Hope this helps some.
