First on the list is thanks to all the good and bad advise out there. I have read most of the message board and have gotten alot of great ideas. I do need some additional help though. I am a fomer fatty, turned weightlifter for exercise and weight control. Now that I am in good shape (cardio and muscular)I need to know what I shouls weigh to run a marathon. I am 5'6" 156lbs and 18% body fat. Is my weight acceptable or should I loose some weight? Do I continue witht he weight training? Decrease the heavy days? Please advise. this is my first marathon ya know.. Disney 1/02.
