Low weight - high reps

I benefit from doing low weight high rep/endurance type weight training while marathon training.

I like the Slim Series by BeachBody.com if you want to try it at home. I also like endurance training workouts by Cathe Friedrich. www.cathe.com Muscle Max and Muscle Endurance workouts by Cathe are my favorites.
