Diaper rash creme! Yep, that's right - good old desitin, works like a charm. It's cheap and as a mom of two who runs 30-35 miles a week, a real lifesaver! I rub it under my jog bra and anywhere I might get chafing and have none ever since I started using it. It works so well, I'm going to e-mail everyone who already posted about this. No need for expensive bras!!
