Glad to hear things are lookin' up.

One thing I'm trying is a floating long run. I usually run long on Monday morning, but after crashing last Monday and breezing through it on Thursday, I started looking at the weather more closely. I still plan to run long on Monday, but if it doesn't work I'll quit at about ten miles and pencil it in on the next "cool" day of the week. Since I only up my long runs every other week, there's no chance of back-to-back long ones.
