Thank you for your great suggestions. I'm going to start logging my workouts and entering some races this summer. I keep forgetting that smaller "snapshot" will lead to a larger "picture", and my picture is the Baltimore Marathon.
It also helps to know that others go through "sags" in their training, and it's not just me. Although I do not have a running partner to go on my runs with me, I like to think that those who offer advise to me (and ohters) on this website) are my "running partners."
Thanks again for helping me on the road to a "lifelong" goal. :-)
