Two cents and two ways that help me

The first thing I do is make a commitment the night before. Sometimes, I decide to go to a park everyday for a week, because it's different and also I see other people running too. Where I usually run, the road is empty.

Also, I think of the satisfaction that I get after my run. It lasts the entire day.

One more thing I remebered. If you have trouble getting out of bed place your alarm clock at the other side of the room. The only way to turn it off is to get up and walk across. By then you're already up.
